Para sa mga Magulang: Mga Dapat Tandaan

1. Huwag balewalain ang simpleng ubo’t sipon.
Kung tumatagal o may lagnat, hirap huminga, o matamlay ang bata—magpacheck agad sa doktor.
2. Palakasin ang resistensya.
Bigyan ng masustansyang pagkain, sapat na tulog, at iwasan ang madalas na exposure sa lamig o alikabok.
3. Panatilihing updated ang bakuna.
May bakuna laban sa pneumonia (PCV vaccine) — siguraduhing kumpleto ito.
4. Iwasan ang secondhand smoke.
Ang usok ng sigarilyo ay malaking risk factor sa mga batang madaling kapitan ng impeksyon sa baga.
5. Bigyan ng panahon ang mga anak.
Hindi natin alam kung hanggang kailan natin sila makakasama, kaya iparamdam araw-araw na mahal natin sila.
