DIABETES Healthy Tip:
A poor diet, being overweight and lack of exercise are just three factors that can contribute to you getting diabetes.
It makes a valid case of why you need to be eating a healthy diet, topping up on your fruit and vegetables and cutting out the fatty foods. As well as this, you should also look to limit your alcohol intake, get regular sleep, stop smoking and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, to help reduce your risk of getting the condition.
