PLAINVIEW CUSTODIAL HOME
was established with the aim of providing a venue that will be conducive to the rehabilitation and continuing treatment of psychologically challenged individuals. Clients regardless of race, creed, color, s*x and social status have the right to the best possible health care. Goals can be best attained through coordinated and cooperative planning commitment and dedication to render patient care. MISSION/OBJECTIVES

Guided by our commitment to the mission of delivering quality treatment and prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of individuals who are exhibiting deficits in their socio-intellectual and emotional adjustment, we create a supportive team environment for our patients, their families, employees and the clinical staff in giving accessible, compassionate healthcare which are the hallmarks of Plainview Custodial Home. The home aims to render quality service and patient care by providing the patients with a conducive home-like atmosphere and well-trained staff who are cognizant of the patients’ needs and who will help them prepare for their return to family and friends. VISION

During their stay we hope to strengthen the patients’ awareness of their assets as well as increase their sense of responsibility with regards social roles and functions in preparation for their lives outside the confines of the institution. Through our therapeutic programs, we aim to build their well-being in order to make them self-reliant and stable enough to effortlessly join the mainstream. We believe that no one should be denied the opportunity to get the best care possible as each resident is envisioned into becoming a contributing member of the society.
