The Dagupan Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint John the Evangelist will initiate a 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 for our beloved brothers and sisters in Christ who experience trials and difficulties due to the severe impact of Typhoons Crising & Emong and Habagat in the City of Dagupan.

Let us be a blessing to others by handing the following:

FOOD ITEMS:
rice, noodles, canned foods, biscuits, milk, infant milk, coffee, water jug (1 liter bottled water or 1 gallon)

HYGIENE KITS:
toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo, bath soap, laundry bar, sanitary pads, alcohol, tissue, towels, wet wipes and school supplies

MEDICINES:
for fever, cough and colds, vitamins and diarrhea

Pantyliners or napkins, safe pa ba?

🩲 Tungkol sa Pantyliners, Sanitary Pads at iba pa! 🌸

👉🏼 Ang mga pantyliner at sanitary pads ay makakatulong sa pag-maintain ng kalinisan, ngunit ang matagal at hindi tamang paggamit ng mga ito ay maaring ikasama ng inyong pwerta. Ayon sa research, ang paggamit ng mga masikip at non-breathable products ay maaaring magdulot ng "moisture-trap" at bacterial build-up na sanhi ng impeksyon. Ang pagpili ng tamang pantyliner at pad ay mahalaga upang maiwasan ito.

Narito ang mga tips para sa tamang pagpili ng Pantyliner at Pads:

✅ Pumili ng breathable, cotton-based pantyliners (tingnan ang label)
✅ Palitan lamang ang pantyliner o pad pag ito ay puno na o kada 4-6 na oras
✅ Iwasan ang paggamit ng scented pads at pantyliners
✅ Gumamit ng hypoallergenic products lalo na kung ikaw ay may sensitive skin

👉🏼 Ang tamang pads at pantyliners ay nakakatulong sa maayos na vaginal health. Kung nakakaramdam ka ng discomfort o iritasyon, magpakonsulta sa pinakamalapit na urogynecologist para kayo ay makita at magamot.
