KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK 🫰

Hey there! It's another Monday. We're here to try to motivate you once again. πŸ’š

For opportunities, sometimes it doesn't come along our way easily. We might find ourselves wondering if we're really unlucky. Luck plays a factor in that, true, but if opportunities don't come your way, try your best to make yourself the best you can be in receiving opportunities. It increases your chance of making the most out of it.

You can do this, build that door! 🫑

time to unwind~ 🫨

Hey there! It's Saturday, and you know what that means. We're here again to remind you to take care of yourself. For today's suggestion actually, we'd like you to unwind. Plan that trip for tomorrow to a local cafe, a comfort spot, or any activity you like doing when you unwind.

Relax for a day, you've got your whole life ahead of you πŸ€—πŸ’š

For everyone that feels the same, let's all remember that this pain we're feeling right now will be our strength (although it may not necessarily be tomorrow). In your own time, of course! πŸ«°πŸ’š

I WANNA GET BETTER πŸ—£

Ever feel the need to scream and shout while you sing? Well, why not listen to our Thursday Tune for this week, I Wanna Get Better By Bleachers?

This song speaks of keeping your heart intact and preserving the will to get better and feel better, despite the disappointments and hardships. It may not be now, but someday.

Even if you don't believe it now, say it out loud, who knows, you might be able to convince yourself πŸ˜‰

Hey there! Happy Holidays to everyone! Merry Christmas to those that celebrates this festive day!

Christmas may mean a lot of things for a lot of people, but in the end, we are all united in our calling to celebrate this day as a day of festivity and in sharing, may it be the food or the good company, with each other.

We hope that everyone will have a good day today! Hohoho! πŸŽ…

SMALL STEPS πŸ€—

Sometimes, we tell ourselves: celebrate the small wins! But there are times when we forget that these small wins ain't just steps to take to a bigger goal. Sometimes, these small wins ARE the big goals. Don't let anyone or anything define your progress. You decide for yourself.

So, congrats on your great destinations last week, and hoping for more this week! πŸ₯°πŸ’š

Have you all received your Spotify results? What did yours say? 🧐 If you're looking for another song to add to your vibes for next year, here's one from us: In Repair - John Mayer.

This song speaks of healing. As we take our time and effort to fix parts of ourselves, we should acknowledge and praise our journey for being on the right track and for getting where we are. We may not be fully repaired just yet, but we will be. As they say, trust the process. πŸ€ πŸ’š

we're so back 🫑

Hey there! We're back with our regular postings, and what's a better way to start our return than to start the Monday off with our motivational quote.

Being broken can mean a lot of ways for different people, but we all fall back to the thinking that being broken means we don't have value anymore. That's not true. Even when you're broken, you're still capable of so much more. And you would eventually recover, always. That, we guarantee you 🫡. πŸ€—πŸ’š

DID YOU KNOW?

We all have encountered ASMR videos at least once in our lives. πŸŽ™ Some of us, more than others, may like these videos a bit more than usual. Apparently, according to a study, receptivity to ASMR may be linked to personality characteristics. Not only that, some effects of ASMR may actually be beneficial to both our mind and body. 😱

UNWRITTEN? πŸ“œ

As we go back from our break, we're back with another song recommendation from our playlist! Today's tune is Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield.

At times, we may be too harsh on ourselves for committing blunders here and there, but let this song be a reminder that we are books in progress, with pages left still unwritten. If the story's not over, a lot of things can still succeed. Trust in you and your efforts πŸ€—πŸ’š

SELF? BUT NOT SELF? 😲

Sometimes, self-care can mean involving yourself with others. It's good for you to engage with other people and converse with one another. It can give you positive feedback about yourself. It also gives you a feeling of satisfaction and camaraderie, which is good for your own mental health, and others' too!

Let's create a safe space for you and for everyone πŸ€—πŸ’š

JUST TRY 🌟

Hello! We're finally back, with a new (actually quite old) song recommendation. For this day it's Stop Crying Your Heart Out by Oasis.

We know Oasis for their hit Wonderwall, but this track is one of their other gems. It speaks of assurance, that everything's going to be alright. It tells us that we're always going to go back where we're meant to, we just have to trust our present. πŸ€—

Let's try not to worry for today πŸ˜₯

BETTER IN TIME? ⌚️

Today's Thursday Tune is a song for those who are in the process of healing, it's Better in Time by Leona Lewis.

As cliche as it may get, it really does get better over time. However, this doesn't mean you can just wait, when you can do so much more for yourself. One of those is allowing yourself to smile despite the misfortune, because you deserve to. πŸ€—πŸ’š

DEAD END? 😟

It's Monday again, and we're probably headed somewhere this week. We all have goals we're driving toward to. But sometimes, we might stumble upon dead ends. πŸ˜₯

A dead-end street is a good place to turn around because, it's not the end of the road for us. It's just a sign that we should take a different route, but we'll eventually get to where we should be. You will. πŸ€—πŸ’š
