ANNOUNCEMENT:

The MaxiHealth+ app will be permanently deactivated on December 31, 2025, and the Maxicare Multifunction Card withdrawal feature will be permanently discontinued on February 1, 2026 as medical claims reimbursements are no longer credited to the Maxicare Multifunction Card. These are being transferred directly into nominated bank accounts.

In connection with this, Equicom Savings Bank (EqB) will update the Terms and Conditions, including new service fees, for Maxicare Multifunction Card and MaxiHealth+ e-wallet accounts with outstanding balances. These fees will apply 60 days after members receive official notice from EqB.

Processing Fee – ₱50.00 for manual fund transfer requests via InstaPay or PESONet
Monthly Maintenance Fee – ₱100.00 per month for Maxicare Multifunction Card and e-Wallet accounts with unclaimed balances
