What type of shade do you have?

The first step is understanding the type of shade you have. This is based on the amount of time that sun shines on the area.

She describes the three main types of shade. They are:

part shade (3-6 hours of direct sun, usually in the morning),
full shade (less than 3 hours of direct sun) and
deep shade (sunlight rarely, if ever, gets through trees or past structures like buildings).

When sunlight shines through overhead tree branches and leaves, it creates an area with both light and shade. The light only falls in certain small areas and is called “dappled.”

The study of British tea drinkers was based on observing people’s behaviors and health. This kind of methodology cannot prove cause and effect.

“Observational studies like this always raise the question: Is there something else about tea drinkers that makes them healthier?” said Marion Nestle. She is a professor of food studies at New York University.

The study does not offer enough evidence to advise people to change their tea behaviors, said Inoue-Choi.

“If you drink one cup a day already, I think that is good," she said. “And please enjoy your cup of tea.”

Tea Drinkers Enjoy Possible Health Benefits, Study Suggests
The study found that high tea intake — two or more cups a day — was linked to a moderate benefit: a nine to 13 percent lower risk of death from any cause than non-tea drinkers.

The research was published in Annals of Internal Medicine. The scientists say the lowered risk of death held true for study subjects with heart disease. However, researchers said there was no clear finding in connection with deaths from cancer. Researchers were not sure why. But, it is possible there were too few confirmed cancer deaths to measure, said Maki Inoue-Choi, who led the study.

All kinds of tea—green, black, oolong, and white—are produced from the Camellia sinensis plant using different methods.

Tea contains various elements, including polyphenols.

Experts at the U.S. National Institutes of Health say polyphenols are thought to be responsible for the health benefits that have traditionally been linked to tea, especially green tea.

What causes joint pain?
The most common causes of chronic pain in joints are:
Osteoarthritis, a common type of arthritis, happens over time when the cartilage, the protective cushion in between the bones, wears away. The joints become painful and stiff. Osteoarthritis develops slowly and usually occurs during middle age.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease that causes swelling and pain in the joints. Often the joints become deformed (usually occurring in the fingers and wrists).
Gout is a painful condition where crystals from the body collect in the joint, causing severe pain and swelling. This usually occurs in the big toe.
Bursitis is caused by overuse. It is usually found in the hip, knee, elbow, or shoulder.
Viral infections, rash, or fever may make joint movement painful.
Injuries, such as broken bones or sprains
Tendinitis is an inflammation of the tendons, or the flexible bands that connect bone and muscle. It is typically seen in the elbow, heel, or shoulder and is usually caused by overuse.
