Question: Is Food Intolerance test the same as food allergy test? Is it recommended?

Answer: Food Intolerance test ( testing for IgG4) is not the same as food allergy test and is definitely Not recommended.

Visit your allergist for Food allergy test. It is not painful as needles need not be used.
