JOB OPENING for a Receptionist/Audiometrician.
“Base salary plus commission on sales of hearing aids and audiometric equipment.”
Employment Qualifications
Education & Experience
• College diploma with a Bachelor’s degree related to healthcare or computer-related courses
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients of all ages.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assist audiologists in patient care.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

• Eager to learn and apply sales strategies specific to hearing healthcare products.
