Typhoon has made landfall over Silago, Southern Leyte.
As of 1 a.m., the center of the eye of Typhoon was estimated in the vicinity of Mahaplag, Leyte.
It has maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 205 km/h, and is moving westward at 30 km/h.
Wind signal no. 4 is in effect over:
The extreme southeastern portion of Eastern Samar, the western and southern portion of Leyte, Southern Leyte, the northern portion of Cebu including Camotes Islands, the northeastern portion of Bohol, the northernmost portion of Negros Oriental, the northern portion of Negros Occidental, Guimaras, the central and southern portions of Iloilo, the southern portion of Antique, Dinagat Islands, Siargao and Bucas Grande Islands.
Wind signal no. 3 is in effect over:
The southern portion of Eastern Samar, the southern portion of Samar, the central portion of Leyte, the extreme northern and central portions of Cebu including Bantayan Islands, the central and eastern portions of Bohol, the northern portion of Negros Oriental, the central portion of Negros Occidental, the rest of Iloilo, the southern portion of Capiz, the central portion of Antique, and the rest of Surigao del Norte.

will traverse Visayas and northern Palawan until it emerges over the West Philippine Sea by morning of November 5, 2025.
