ACL surgery | 1 month + 2 weeks post-op

Good habits start early.

Early rehab prevents compensation, bad movement patterns, and setbacks that slow recovery later on.

At Project Rehab, we don’t do one-size-fits-all ACL programs.

Every plan is assessed, adjusted, and progressed based on you—your movement, your phase, your goals.

Recover right from the start.

5 common reasons why people don’t get better in PT:

1️⃣ You only do PT during the session
2️⃣ You expect instant results
3️⃣ You’re not fully honest
4️⃣ You stop once the pain is gone
5️⃣ Your program isn’t built for you

Physical therapy works — but only when it’s consistent, honest, and personalized.

At Project Rehab, we focus on long-term results, not quick fixes.

A 23 year-old runner presented with lateral knee pain grade (PS= 1-2/10) during running around 5 km and discomfort when descending stairs. His running form was assessed and appeared good.

Manual muscle testing gave us initial clues, followed by functional testing to confirm the underlying issue.
Can you identify the faulty biomechanics?

A triathlete came in with shoulder stiffness, soreness, and pain during arm movement.
On assessment, the infraspinatus and lats were tight and overworking—likely from rapid progression in swimming training intensity.

We addressed this with Dynamic Mobilization Therapy, cupping, and blading, then followed it up with mobility exercises to improve shoulder mechanics and recovery.

Patient was also advised to focus on strengthening the shoulder stabilizers to support long-term recovery and prevent recurrence.
