Welcome to the UST Hospital, Department of Surgery, Section of Thoracic, Cardiac, and Vascular Surgery POST-GRADUATE COURSE 2023, entitled "First Master Class Series: Updates on the Management of Venous Diseases”

This symposium will focus on the issues and treatment of common venous illnesses in the Philippine setting. An on-site event will be held at the Benavides Cancer Institute Auditorium at University of Santo Tomas Hospital

To our dear CD patients who will undergo elective surgeries and will be claiming philhealth benefits, please be informed that official receipts as proof of contribution for at least 1 year are now required for approval. This is in compliance to the latest memo released by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.

For IPP/Self earning Individuals
- member to pay his/her contribution of at least 1 year (Jan 2021 to present)
- official receipts as proof of payment

For Employed:
- claim signature form (CSF)
- certified contribution from his/her employer

For indigent/group enrollment program
- latest member data record (MDR)

Effective starting January 29, 2022.
