🐶 Meet Peanut, an 8-year-old Shih Tzu who recently came to us after showing signs of pyometra, a serious and life-threatening uterine infection that affects unspayed female dogs.

We’ve been seeing a rise in pyometra cases lately, and Peanut’s story is a timely reminder of how quickly this condition can become critical.

Thanks to the alertness of her fur parents and the swift action of our veterinary team, Peanut successfully underwent a pyospay surgery and is now recovering well. ✨

Spaying is more than population control, it’s preventive care. It protects female dogs from dangerous conditions like pyometra and can truly be life-saving.
