Fact: Ang sobrang pagcocotton buds ay pwedeng magdulot ng
ear injury o impaction — mas lalong barado!

💡 Ang tenga ay may natural self-cleaning mechanism. Gamitin lang ang cotton buds sa labas ng tenga.

Maaaring ito ay cyst, thyroid problem, o tumor.

Madalas nating balewalain ang sipon, pamamalat, o sakit sa tenga — pero alam mo bang ang ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialists ay hindi lang para sa simpleng ubo’t sipon?

👨‍⚕️ Sila rin ang mga eksperto sa Head and Neck Surgery, tumutulong sa paggamot ng:
✅ Mga bukol o tumor sa ulo at leeg (tulad ng thyroid o parotid gland)
✅ Mga bali o fractures sa mukha at panga dahil sa aksidente
✅ Mga sakit sa tenga, ilong, lalamunan, at boses
✅ Mga problema sa paghinga at hilik (sleep apnea)
