👩🏻‍⚕️ It has come to our attention that some patients are UNABLE to receive SMS or text replies from the clinic number. (Screenshots with time stamp are continuously being sent thru viber of those parents who allegedly are unable to receive replies despite several & prompt messages sent already to them by Miss Ces)

As such, if by any chance, your text messages sent between those working hours were not replied to within 1 hour, please try messaging thru VIBER of the same clinic NUMBER 0995-044-4916 (calls not allowed for security and ethical reasons).

🙅🏻‍♀️Please do not send multiple messages.
We receive high volume of messages daily & we start replying from oldest non-replied message first.
📌Our clinic secretary is very responsive on text inquiries (between 8am-5pm only, messages beyond these hours will be replied to the next day, we are not 24/7 available) but due to probable network glitches, technical issues such as these happen.
🙅🏻‍♀️Rude or disrespectful and feeling privileged people, as most of our dear loyal patients' parents know--have no place in the clinic and will likewise be not entertained.

Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine -PCV13 (from local health centers), PCV15, PCV20 (from private MDs) can prevent pneumococcal diseases.

Pneumococcal disease refers to any illness caused by pneumococcal bacteria which causes many types of illnesses, including 𝑝𝑛𝑒𝑢𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑖𝑎, 𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑖𝑛𝑓𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠, 𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑠 and 𝑠𝑒𝑝𝑠𝑖𝑠 (blood infection)
Pneumococcal bacteria are one of the most common causes of pneumonia.

Anyone can get pneumococcal disease, but children under 5 years of age, people with certain medical conditions, and adults 50 years and older are at the highest risk.

Most pneumococcal infections are mild. However, some can result in long-term problems, such as brain damage or hearing loss. Meningitis, bacteremia, and pneumonia caused by pneumococcal disease can be fatal.

👩🏻‍⚕️𝙷𝙴𝚇𝙰𝚅𝙰𝙻𝙴𝙽𝚃 (6 in 1 𝑣𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑖𝑛𝑒) is a combination vaccine that protects infants from 6 life-threatening diseases.
This vaccine requires 3 primary doses, at 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 14 weeks of age
PLUS a BOOSTER dose beginning at 1 year old to be fully effective and to induce long-lived immunity against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, poliomyelitis and invasive diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b.

If vaccines received are from local health centers Hexa is as good as 'Penta' (which means 5) + oral polio (total of 6 vaccines) given as 3 doses but does not necessarily mean 'complete' as others assume to be. Booster dose in the form of Hexa or Penta vaccine is still warranted.
