The activity delivered essential medical services, health education, and compassionate care to the school’s dedicated teaching and non-teaching personnel who continue to shape the future of our community.

DENTISTA’Y KAAGAPAY SA NGITING WALANG HUMPAY

Sa pagdiriwang ng Oral Health Month nitong buong Pebrero 2026, nagsagawa ang JJASGH Dental Department, kasama ng Public Health Unit, ng isang maikling Dental Lecture nitong ika-23 ng Pebrero sa mga pasyente ng Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital. Pagkatapos ng maikling lecture, nagkaroon ng pamimigay ng mga oral health kits sa 100 pasyente ng ospital.

Ang Oral Health Month for February 2026 ay may temang “Dentista’y Kaagapay sa Ngiting Walang Humpay”.

Ang lahat ng pasyente at mamamayan ay hinihikayat po na magsepilyo nang maayos at least 3x a day at kumain nang masusustansyang pagkain tulad ng prutas at gulay at mga sources ng calcium tulad ng gatas at isda upang tumibay ang ngipin. Ang lahat ay inaanyayahan rin na palagiang magpa-check-up sa ating dentista kada anim na buwan. Ang JJASGH Dental Department ay bukas para sa ating mga oral health concerns at mga suliranin sa ating mga ngipin.

Maraming salamat po sa JJASGH Dental Department sa pamumuno ni Dr. Amy De Leon, Public Health Unit sa pamumuno ni Dr. Andrea Dela Cruz, at sa ating Division Heads (HOPSS Head, Ms. Michelle Linsangan; Chief Nurse Ms. Carolina Correa; Chief of Clinics Dr. Maria Helen F. Yulde) at Assistant Hospital Director, Dr. John Silva (na nagbigay ng kanyang mensaheng pangkalusugan sa ating maikling lecture), at sa ating Chief of Hospital, Dr. Teodoro Martin, sa patuloy na suporta sa ating mga programang pangkalusugan!

• 18–60 years old
• At least 50 kg in weight
• In good health condition
• With at least 5 hours of sleep
• No alcohol intake 24 hours prior to donation
• Bring a valid ID

MAG-INGAT SA NIPAH VIRUS!

Upang mapangalagaan at maprotektahan ang publiko, ang JJASGH Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Unit at Public Health Unit ay nagsagawa ng isang maikling lecture tungkol sa Nipah Virus sa Out-Patient Department nitong ika-10 ng Pebrero 2026.

Sa kasalukuyan, wala pa pong natatalang kaso ng Nipah Virus sa Pilipinas simula ng nagkaroon ng outbreak sa India nitong 2026.
Patuloy po tayong mag-ingat laban sa NIPAH VIRUS. Magsuot ng tamang PPE tulad ng face mask, takpan ang mga sugat, mag-hugas ng kamay nang palagian at magpasuri agad kung may mga sintomas ng sakit.

Iwasan po natin ang pagkalat ng Nipah! Arugain natin ang bawat isa!
