Medicine Commission on Elections

Medicine Commission on Elections “Vox populi vox Dei.” The voice of the people is the voice of God.

The Medicine Commission on Elections (Medicine COMELEC), a quasi-legislative and quasi-judicial body, is the sole student organization vested by the Constitution with the principal role of determining the true will of the electorate in choosing their student leaders for the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and to settle election issues and controversies.

Doctor TomaSINO? 2014
Theme: “Pursuit: A Challenge to Embark Through the Less Travelled Route”

Dr. TomaSINO is a talk for the candidates and the medical students. Speaker will encourage the candidates for the medicine student council elections to discern properly and purify their motives about the said endeavor. This event will not only address the emotional turmoil of those students who are active in the extra-co-curricular activities but also widen the perspective of those who are not. This is in the light of the goal of every institution to produce students not only equipped of the knowledge for their chosen career but; to become holistic or in medicine, to become the five-star physician.
