1. Eat 1/2 plate vegetables every meal.
2. Choose for fiber (too much starch & sugar in white rice)
3. Consume only matchbox size meats
4. Eat more at breakfast than at night.
5. Burn calories. Move your body daily, exercise. Target your ideal weight

Understand how you can avoid the number 4 killer disease: DIABETES.
Sugars in the body (converted into glucose, fructose if from fruits, sucrose from veggies) must be used as energy. When these are not used up by the body due to lack of insulin, no exercise when there’s too much sugar or malfunctioning pancreas that don’t produce insulin that brings sugar into the bloodstream and into the cells, the person may most likely suffer from Type 2 Diabetes.
