Exactly 9 months ago today, I began my battle with the Big C. An unexpected journey that turned my world upside down.

9 months. Just like creating new life. So today I’m claiming my Rebirth Day.

I’m overflowing with gratitude to Him who gifted me this second life, and to all of you who surrounded me with prayers, love, and unwavering belief.

Yesterday, I stepped into the world again, speaking to dozens of alpha leaders, influencers and community builders about my advocacy - teaching people how to

My hope is that one day, we can all live in a world where having good well-being isn’t just something we chance upon but something we truly know how to build.

Here’s to Healing, to Purpose and to Happiness that we learn to create from within.

We all have blind spots—especially when it comes to our strengths. Take empathy for example. Empathy can help us connect deeply, but without conscious awareness, it can feel overwhelming or overbearing to others. Adaptability is another beautiful strength, but to someone who craves structure, constant flexibility might feel like instability.

I once leaned on my Adaptability during a project shift, rolling with the changes easily, until a teammate told me they felt unmoored and left behind. That feedback helped me slow down and bring others with me. By being aware of my blindspots I learned to lean on other people’s strengths to fill the spots I missed. This type of openness and collaboration helped me build a trusting team that can see each other through even the most demanding situations.

Where might your strengths be landing differently than you intend? What small shift could create more harmony?

Remember, when your Well-being is high, your Happiness increases in frequency too.

A “Well-being Pulse” means noticing what fuels you and what quietly drains you throughout the day.

Try this simple practice: after each activity or interaction, pause and ask, Did that energize me or deplete me? You’ll start to see patterns—certain people, tasks, or habits that either support your energy or slowly chip away at it.

Awareness leads to better choices.

What gave you energy today? What took it away?

Remember, when your Well-being is high, your Happiness increases in frequency too.

Mindfulness and meditation are connected but not the same.

Mindfulness is about being present—fully engaging in whatever you’re doing without distraction. It can happen anytime: during a conversation, while sipping coffee, or even in the middle of a stressful meeting.

Meditation, on the other hand, is intentional. It’s when you pause, sit, and focus your awareness on one thing—your breath, a mantra, or even silence.

Mindfulness is woven into your day; meditation is a practice that strengthens it. One supports the other, but you don’t need to meditate to be mindful.

Which one feels more natural to you?

Saying no doesn’t require a long-winded explanation. But many of us feel the need to soften it, justify it, or apologize for it.

The truth is, a simple, direct response is enough. “I can’t make it.” “I have to pass.” “I don’t have the bandwidth.” Clear, firm, and respectful.

When you over-explain, you invite negotiation or guilt. But when you say no with confidence, you set a boundary that others will learn to respect. It’s not about being cold—it’s about honoring your limits.

So, the next time you feel the urge to justify? Take a deep breath and keep it simple.

Boundaries are about self-respect and connection. They help you communicate what you need while allowing space for healthy relationships.

Walls, however, come from a place of fear—they cut people off instead of inviting understanding. A boundary says, “I value this relationship, so I need to set limits.” A wall says, “I can’t deal with this, so I’m shutting you out.”

One protects your well-being; the other creates distance. The goal isn’t to isolate yourself—it’s to create relationships where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

So, are you setting boundaries, or are you unintentionally building walls?

I am an advocate for HAPPINESS—whether its at work, at home, or in any third space one chooses to spend time in. My mission? To help happy people stay happy! Some see this as a simple goal, while others find it ambitious. I believe it’s both.

It’s simple because happiness is already within us, not something we have to chase. And it’s lofty because it requires awareness, intentional effort, and the courage to grow so we can experience it more frequently in our lives.

As a life coach, my role is to create a space where people can explore their own path to happiness. The journey isn’t always easy or straightforward, but experience has shown me that it’s always worth the effort.

Over the years, I’ve noticed that five key themes consistently shape people’s path to lasting happiness. That’s why I’ve put together a quick beginner’s guide to building a life filled with joy and fulfillment. When you take a closer look at these areas, you’ll realize that happiness has been within you all along.

Clearing your mind doesn’t mean shutting off thoughts—it means redirecting your focus.

Instead of fighting the mental chatter, give your mind something to anchor to. It could be your breath, a simple mantra, or even the feeling of your body against the chair.

Thoughts will come, but instead of engaging with them, gently return to your anchor. No frustration, no judgment—just awareness. Over time, this practice strengthens your ability to focus, both in meditation and in daily life.

A clear mind isn’t an empty mind—it’s a trained one. Try it and see the difference.

The way we see ourselves influences how we show up—for our teams, our children, and our relationships.

A parent who believes, “I have to be perfect,” may struggle with guilt and control.

A leader who thinks, “I need all the answers,” may hesitate to ask for help.

A partner who tells themselves, “I’m hard to love,” may push people away before they get too close.

But our narratives can change.

Shifting “I have to be perfect” to “I am learning as I go” brings self-compassion.

Reframing “I need all the answers” to “I grow through collaboration” fosters trust.

Changing “I’m hard to love” to “I am worthy of love” opens the door to connection.

What story are you telling yourself? And is it helping or holding you back?
