Guidelines for salary rate for:
Caregiver/Health care services (with experience)

*House case (no contraptions)
+Ambulatory patient
Salary rate : 1,200/12 hrs ( for fresh grad)
1,500/12hours ( with experience of 6 mo's)

* House case with contraptions
+Ngt
+Peg tube
+Tracheostomy tube
+Foley catheter
+ Or any to perform of tubing's cases
1600/12hours (with experience for 1year)
1300/12hours(with out experience to undergo training)
RN- 2,000/12 hrs no contraptions ( negotiable)
RN - 2,500/12 hrs with contraptions
UBN/ Midwives - 1,800- 2k/12 hrs with/ without contraptions
*Hospital case
Salary rate 136/hr depends on contraptions attached on patients
Free meals and snacks

For contagious diseases like :
*COVID-19
*HIV
Minimum of 7-10k per 24hrs duty
Free meals snacks
(Duty in our own risk)
Old sitter rate starting 15k up/ without experience / 20k above with experience

Nag post lang poh ako about sa rate ng mga caregiver or health workers mga maam/ sir.. Hehehehe.. Kasi my mga employers na hindi alam ang rate ng mga caregivers/ healthcare workers. Para bago sila mg hanap aware na sila sa rate .At isipin nyo rin po Hindi po mga super heroes Ang mga healthcare workers nyo kaya need dn may day-off.. ⚠️⚠️⚠️
