Mary Chiles College (MCC) is among the first nursing schools in the Philippines (since 1913). We have decades of experience and have produced thousands of competent and globally competitive nurses, midwives, respiratory therapists and caregivers now working all over the world. Mary Chiles College (MCC) has its own fully equipped and licensed training hospital, the Mary Chiles General Hospital, from which our students acquire first-rate clinical instruction and hands-on training. This training has been a distinction of Mary Chiles College through the years. SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL INCOMING GRADE 11 REQUIREMENTS:

- Accomplished Online Application Form (https://dmc.marychilescollege.net)
- Junior High Report Card (FORM 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- 2PCS. 2X2 Picture with white background
- ESC or DEPED Voucher (If qualified)

INCOMING COLLEGE FRESHMEN REQUIREMENTS:

- Report Card (SHS FORM 138/TOR 137)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
- 2PCS. 2X2 Picture with white background
- Hepa B Screening test result
