Good news for those who have diabetes like me. This is how I got my blood sugar back to normal in just 3 months
My name is Ricardo, 58 years old, a normal person like everyone else. I never thought that one day I would become a diabetic patient. When I was young, I was healthy and rarely had to go to the hospital. But then age, work pressure and irregular living habits made me fall into the harsh spiral of this disease.
It all started when I often felt thirsty, urinated a lot at night, and my body was exhausted. When I went to the doctor, he said I had type 2 diabetes. At that time, I didn't really understand the seriousness of it, I just thought that taking medicine regularly would be fine. But as time went on, my blood sugar became more and more erratic. There were days when I had to inject insulin continuously but still couldn't control it.
The medical bills piled up day by day. A month of medicine and needles cost almost half of my pension. Many times I had to borrow more money to get enough medication to maintain my condition. However, my illness continued to worsen. I was hospitalized for nearly two weeks due to dangerous hypoglycemia complications. The doctor said that if I had been brought in a few hours later, I probably wouldn't be sitting here telling this story.

Lying on the hospital bed, I looked at the pile of hospital bills, tears streaming down my face. I was not only in pain from the illness, but also from the burden on my family. I asked myself: "Do I have to live like this for the rest of my life, in pain and afraid that one day I will no longer have money to treat my illness?"

Luckily, in my despair, a friend introduced me to Professor Augusto D. Litonjua - a famous doctor in the field of endocrinology. He advised me: "Don't just rely on medicine, start with nutrition, nourish your body from the inside." And he himself showed me a specialized nutritional milk for diabetics.

I started to try it, combined with prescribed medication. After 3 months, the miracle happened: my blood sugar was more stable, my body was no longer tired every morning, my hand tremors and dizziness had reduced significantly. Most importantly, I no longer had to buy as many supplements as before, and the cost of treatment was also much lighter.
Now, I can live more comfortably, without worrying about hospital fees. I tell this story to send a message to those who are like me before: don't give up. Diabetes is dangerous, but there are still ways to control it if you persevere and find the right solution.
