From being unable to walk without excruciating pain and numbness/tingling down her leg with each step, our lovely patient Marj has come a long way 🥹🩵
With consistent chiropractic care and support (of course alongside her awesome partner Dex who’s been cheering her on since day 1️⃣), she’s not only on a maintenance schedule to ensure everything moves and grooves well, but is moving/grooving/bending/working and doing all the things she loved doing pre-injury!

Our lovely patient AC is an avid and long time volleyball player and coach who took a break from the sport and recently returned 🏐. Unfortunately he injured his shoulder however MNPA Health and Wellness Center came to the rescue 🛟!
Not only did his shoulder feel better immediately after the session, we also identified contributing factors like his posture which played a role in how he injured his shoulder in the first place!

Aging doesn’t mean we have to stop what we enjoy because of the pain…it means we simply need to re-assess and see where we can optimize how our body and is moving and grooving to continue what we love!
In this case, our lovely patient Gerry is an avid cook however his back pain was stopping him from doing what he enjoyed - cooking! We are happy to report that here at MNPA he is moving and grooving well and back to enjoying his joys in life 🩵
