Stop scrolling one hour before bed! Science shows that the light from your screen disrupts your deep sleep. This comes from neuroscience research. I interrupted this ritual and tried scrolling right before bed—and guess what? I have absolute proof it doesn’t work! So, I’m going back to the rule: one hour before bed, no scrolling, no cell phone. Sweet dreams start when you switch off early!
