Ayon sa huling ulat ng DOST-PAGASA, kasalukuyan pa ring nasa Flood Watch ang Cagayan River, Ilog-Hilabangan, Jalaur River, at Panay River.

Bagamat inaasahang lalabas na ng bansa ang Bagyong Tino bukas, nananatili pa rin ang banta ng flash flood sa mga lugar malapit sa ilog dahil sa biglaang pagtaas ng tubig dala ng pagdaloy ng naipong ulan mula sa matataas na lugar.

Mapanganib at nakamamatay ang flash flood. Alamin ang paraan para maging handa rito.

In observance of Undas (All Saints' Day), our clinic will be closed on November 1 and November 2 to give our team time to visit and remember their loved ones.
