What an inspiring close to the 33rd Annual Congress of the Association of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons of Asia (ATCSA) and the 31st Annual Convention of the Philippine Association of Thoracic, Cardiac and Vascular Surgeons, Inc. (PATACSI) — a gathering of brilliance, breakthroughs, and bold innovations in thoracic, cardiac, and vascular surgery.

Held at the iconic Makati Shangri-La Hotel, this year’s theme “Innovations in Thoracic, Cardiac, and Vascular Surgery” ignited new perspectives, strengthened collaboration, and reminded us why we continue to strive for better care, better outcomes, and better futures for our patients.

The APMC Heart Institute is honored to take part in the 5th Cardiovascular Surgical Mission, held on November 3–8, 2025 at Cotabato Regional and Medical Center (CRMC).

This mission brings together a multidisciplinary team of cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, intensivists, nurses, and allied health professionals from partner institutions who share one goal — to provide life-saving heart surgeries to patients who have limited access to specialized cardiac care.

Carrying the banner of compassionate cardiac care, the APMC Heart Institute continues to serve beyond our walls — extending expertise to regions where access to heart surgery remains limited.
