📌WHO CAN DONATE?
16-65 years old
50 kilos and above body weight
With at least 6 hrs of quality sleep
Controlled BP for donors with hypertension, not more than 150/90mmHg
Not on Insulin medication
Not taking Aspirin
Not taking antibiotics or at least 1 month after last intake
1 year or more after body piercing, tattoo, surgeries/operation, or biopsy
No fever and no active infection
1 month after complete recovery from flu and/or dengue
9 months after last normal childbirth
📍REMINDERS:
Have full meal within 4 hrs before donation
Drink plenty of water
No alcohol intake in the last 24 hours
No cigarette use at least 2 hours before donation

With risky sexual behaviors
With Hepatitis or with history of hepatitis, yellowing of the skin and eyes
Diagnosed with cancer, kidney, lung, heart or liver failure
History of illegal drug use
