The Margosatubig Regional Hospital (MRH), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered under PhilGEPS to submit quotations for the following procurement activities:

Name of Procurement: Procurement of Microbiology Reagents and Supplies
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱232,800.00

2. RFQ No. 2025-12-456
Name of Procurement: Procurement of ICT Devices
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱51,000.00

Quotations must be accomplished, duly signed by the supplier or its authorized representative, and submitted together with the required eligibility and technical documents, in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The MRH reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, declare failure of bidding, or not award the contract, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s).
