Every year, during the third of March, we observe World Hearing Day, as declared by the World Health Organization.

This year, the WHO will be focusing on the importance of safe listening as a means to maintain good hearing across one’s entire lifetime.

Hence, the theme for World Hearing Day 2022 is ‘To hear for life, listen with care.’ It focuses on the importance and means of hearing loss prevention through safe listening.

In celebration of World Hearing Day 2022 here at ARMMC, we conducted a virtual lay forum lecture here at the main lobby of the hospital, which was conducted and facilitated by our very own Dr. Carl Francisco, in line with our goals to raise awareness of how to prevent hearing loss and deafness across the country.
