My Personal Experience for the First time.
Sobrang nanghihina ako, ngalay ang pakiramdam ko sa puson at baywang ko pero hindi masyadong masakit. Ramdam ko din na may lumalabas na kung ano sa pwerta ko. Matagal din na di ako nagkaroon (March to July 2020) o nagregulate ang menstration last August lang at dinatnan ulit ako ngayong araw.

Dati rati, pag 1st day ko parang wala lang at hindi malakas ang paglabas ng dugo, pero ngayong araw hindi ko iniexpect ito. Madaming lumabas puno ang napkin ko at may buo buo pero di ko makitang purong dugo parang laman na hindi ko maintindihan.

Kung anoman ito, nagpapasalamat ako dahil di sya magiging sanhi ng malalang sakit sa hinaharap kung sakali. Buti na lang may One Opti Juice, totoong may cleansing at detoxification sa loob ng katawan.
