Why workplace safety is so important? The Iceberg Theory of Accidents explains that what we see (like accidents) is just the tip of the iceberg. Below the surface are hidden risks—like near-misses and unsafe practices—that can lead to serious incidents if we don't address them.

As Safety Officers, it's our job to dig deeper and prevent these hidden risks from causing accidents. By focusing on safety, following proper protocols, and creating a safe culture, we can make sure everyone stays safe at work.

Let's work together to prioritize safety and prevent accidents. Together, we can create a safer workplace! 🚧💼

Our family loved travelling and we did a lot of preparation for each travel. From the vehicle to first aid kits, boots, and other tools to keep our journey safe and enjoyable. We loved exploring nearby places as a startup and soon will expand our tour for a long drive. We would like to share how we prepared for our travel, and what tools we bring with us.

Earlier today, I had the chance to obtain a WOF (Warrant of Fitness) for my car Mazda Demio 2005 (that one on the photo). WOF is a yearly requirement for every vehicle to check if it is fit and safe to operate. This is done and issued my registered autoshops. While waiting for two (2) hours to get my car checked and serviced, I spent some time reading, learning, and understanding the WOF and how important it is in Safety and Health.
