The orientation focus on training local health staff, updating Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), and scheduling activities to strengthen community health, ensure essential services reach households, and improve health outcomes.

PuroKalusugan is a community-centered approach to primary health care service delivery anchored on the purok as the entry point for health promotion, disease prevention, first patient encounters, PhilHealth registration, and services aligned with the eight priority health outcomes.
