DENTAL CLINIC GUIDELINES (NEW NORM)
1. No confirmed appointment, No Entry. Call/text/messenger for slots. As of now we limit the patients up to 5 PERSONS ONLY.
2. No facemask, No Entry.
3. Your temperature will be checked upon entry.
4. Please Step ON the SANITIZING MAT before entry and Spray your hands with alcohol provided at the entrance before entering.
5. No walk in patients will be accommodated.
6. It is advised to go to the clinic alone with no companion unless you are a minor.
7. If u have a companion it is advised that he/she stays in the car.
8. The reception area will have 2-3 patients only (No companion unless minor)
9. You will be given a 15 minute grace period for your appointment, failure to show up on the assigned time shall forfeit his/her appointment. This means you have to reappoint.
10. Please keep your hands to yourself, dont touch anything as much as possible.
11. During procedure, if you have the urge to cough or sneeze please tell me as soon as possible and cover your mouth or nose.
12. Payment of the service shall be given to my assistant.
13. New rates shall be discussed in person or thru call/text/messenger.
