SUPPLEMENTAL / BID BULLETIN (SBB) NO. 26-05 – PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS

This SSB No. 26-05 dated 06 March 2026 for the “PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS” with Project ID No. PB2026-03-007 is issued pursuant to Section 22.5 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents. Accordingly, t his shall form an integral part of the Bidding Documents.

All prospective bidders are hereby advised of the following changes in the bidding documents:

Bidders are advised to use the following attached form and submit together with all other required documents for the submission of bids on 30 March 2026, 9:00 AM.

Note: Texts in Red Fonts are the amended/ revised texts. Bidders are instructed to indicate in the “Offer” column any deviations from the required specifications, including differences in quantity (e.g., number of pieces per box) or item description. Also, bidders are encouraged to indicate the brand name of the offered item in the “Brand” column. Such deviations must be clearly stated for proper evaluation

Other Requirements:
1. Bidder has no overdue deliveries or unperformed services intended for FMOGH.
2. Bidder did not participate as a consultant in the preparation of the design or technical specification of the GOODS/ SERVICES subject of the bid.

This Supplemental/Bid Bulletin No. 26-05 shall form part of the Bidding Documents. Any provisions in the Bidding Documents inconsistent herewith is hereby amended, modified and superseded accordingly.

FMOGH joins the National Women’s Month Celebration

Ang First Misamis Oriental General Hospital (FMOGH) ay buong pusong nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng National Women’s Month ngayong Marso 1–31, 2026 na may temang “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society.”

Sa pagdiriwang na ito, kinikilala natin ang mahalagang papel ng kababaihan sa lipunan—lalo na sa sektor ng kalusugan—bilang mga lider, tagapag-alaga, at tagapagtaguyod ng pagbabago. Patuloy na sinusuportahan ng FMOGH ang mga programa at serbisyong naglalayong mapangalagaan ang kalusugan, karapatan, at kapakanan ng kababaihan.

Kabilang sa mga serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa kababaihan ang:

• Bakuna laban sa cervical cancer

FMOGH | NATIONAL RABIES AWARENESS MONTH 2026

Ang First Misamis Oriental General Hospital ay nakikiisa sa paggunita ng Rabies Awareness Month upang mapalawak ang kaalaman ng publiko tungkol sa rabies, isang sakit na nakamamatay ngunit 100% na maiiwasan sa pamamagitan ng tamang impormasyon at agarang aksyon.

Layunin ng kampanyang ito na paalalahanan ang komunidad na:

• Magpabakuna ng alagang hayop laban sa rabies
• Iwasang lumapit o mang-asar ng mga hindi kilalang hayop
• Hugasan agad ng sabon at tubig ang sugat kapag nakagat o nakalmot ng hayop sa loob ng 10–15 minuto
• Magpatingin agad sa pinakamalapit na Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC)

Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagkilos, mapoprotektahan natin ang ating pamilya at komunidad laban sa rabies.
