Bakit tumitigas (nag-spasm) ang likod kahit walang deformity sa spine? Hindi lang laging dahil sa buto. Maraming dahilan,
1) Muscle Compensation (Overwork)
Kapag may part ng body na mahina (core, glutes, abdomen), ang back muscles ang nagsasalo ng trabaho.
