First day at the OPD Clinic! ✨ 🩺👩🏻‍⚕️

Today I had the privilege of welcoming my first patients at the Ilocos Sur Medical Center OPD Clinics. Aside from the usual consultation, I also did a comprehensive lifestyle check … looking into nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress, relationships, and habits like smoking or alcohol use.

My patients were surprised by this kind of check-up — they were amazed and so happy to learn more about their lifestyle and the little habits they can add to their daily living to improve their health, one step at a time. ✌🏼🥰

Each patient went home with personalized counseling and at least one SMART goal to start their journey toward better health. Their smiles and excitement reminded me how powerful lifestyle changes can be in reversing or managing chronic diseases.
