Huwag magpaputok; gumamit ng ligtas na pampaingay at pailaw
Mas mabuting manood ng community fireworks display

❤️ ALAGAAN ANG PUSO
Piliin ang tamang pagkain: gulay, prutas, sapat na tubig; hinay sa karne
Iwasan ang 4Ms: matatamis, maalat, mataba, mamantika
Mag-ehersisyo ng 30–60 minuto araw-araw
Iwas yosi at v**e, lalo na sa bahay at sa harap ng mga bata

🩺 Maging wais na magulang, para sa malusog na pamilya! 💊

Huwag mag-self medicate lalo na para sa mga bata. Ang maling gamot o maling dose ay maaaring makasama kaysa makatulong. Kumonsulta muna sa doktor bago painumin ng kahit anong gamot si bunso. 👶❤️

Bumisita sa City Health Office, 8:00am hanggang 5:00pm para sa libreng konsulta para sa inyong pamilya.

🌟 The Doctor is IN sa inyong barangay!

Para sa mas abot-kayang kalusugan, ang mga doktor at healthcare workers ng City Health Office ay pupunta mismo sa inyong barangay para magbigay ng libreng konsultasyon at payong medikal.

Layunin ng Kalusugan sa Barangay na gawing mas madali at malapit ang serbisyong medikal para sa lahat. Kaya’t inaanyayahan ang bawat isa na makiisa at samantalahin ang serbisyong ito para sa inyo at sa inyong pamilya.

💉👩‍👦👨‍👧 Bakuna Para sa Malusog na Kinabukasan!

Mga magulang, mahalaga ang kalusugan ng ating mga anak! Kaya’t ang City Health Office, Department of Health at Department of Education, ay magsasagawa ng School-Based Immunization para sa mga mag-aaral na babae ng Grade 4 laban sa Cervical Cancer.

Ang mga sakit na ito ay maaaring magdulot ng malubhang komplikasyon, ngunit kaya natin silang protektahan sa pamamagitan ng tamang bakuna. ✨

📢 Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng magulang na suportahan at pahintulutan ang pagbabakuna ng kanilang mga anak. Antabayanan po ang iskedyul ng bakunahan sa inyong paaralan.
👦👧 Sa inyong pakikiisa, makakamtan natin ang isang malusog, ligtas, at masayang kinabukasan para sa ating mga kabataan! 🌟

Magandang balita, San Fernando! 🎉 Ang ating mga doktor ay pupunta mismo sa inyong Barangay Health Stations para magbigay ng libreng konsultasyon at serbisyong medikal. 🫶

💡 Layunin ng programang ito na mas mapalapit ang kalusugan sa bawat pamilyang San Fernando.

📌 Abangan ang iskedyul ng konsultasyon sa inyong barangay!
Sama-sama nating tiyakin ang mas malusog at mas masayang komunidad. 💚

💉👩‍👦👨‍👧 Bakuna Para sa Malusog na Kinabukasan!

Mga magulang, mahalaga ang kalusugan ng ating mga anak! Kaya’t ang City Health Office, Department of Health at Department of Education, ay magsasagawa ng School-Based Immunization para sa mga mag-aaral ng Grade 1 at Grade 7 laban sa tigdas (measles), rubella, tetano, at dipterya. 🛡️

🤒 May sakit? Huwag nang mag-atubili! 🤝 Bisitahin ang inyong Barangay Health Station, kung saan handa ang ating mga midwife at barangay health workers na magbigay ng assessment at agarang medikal na lunas.
