Paglikay: Practice SAFE s*x, Pre-exposure Prevention/Prophylaxis

Hibaw-on ang status: Regular Testing sa atong CARE Hub at least every 3 months.

Tambal: naa nay AntiRetroviral Treatment (ART) na makapa-ubos sa HIV sa lawas na dili na kini ma-detect sa Viral Load testing: Undectable, pasabot Untransmitable - dili na makatakod sa uban.

Kung padayon sa pag-amping sa lawas, sa pagpa-testing regularly, ug kung matakdan man gani pero nag-inom padayon sa tambal, ang HIV dili na angay kahadlokan.
