An amazing total of 191 successful blood donors!

The Moalboal Rural Health Unit, in partnership with the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center – Blood Services Unit, successfully conducted a blood donation activity last November 22, 2025, at the Cebu Technological University–Moalboal Campus. We are deeply grateful for the support of the Local Government Unit of Moalboal, headed by Hon. Inocentes G. Cabaron. Our appreciation also extends to the unwavering commitment of the NSTP/CWTS/ROTC program, spearheaded by Ms. Maria Amparo M. Sambrana, Mr. Ezer G. Monteclar, Ms. Mersin C. Villagonzalo, and the School Nurse, Ms. Mary Zarlie A. Tormis of CTU-Moalboal, under the leadership of the Campus Director, Dr. Charmaine P. Antecristo.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all our donors who selflessly rolled up their sleeves to help save lives. The 191 blood bags collected will make a significant impact on patients in need. Daghang salamat, blood donors!

NO CLASS - NOV 3 (MONDAY) AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Classes at all levels in Moalboal are suspended starting November 3, 2025, and until further notice, with all schools directed to implement modular learning as an alternative delivery mode.

This decision aligns with DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024, which mandates class suspension and the use of modular learning when local conditions require it, such as in response to emergencies or safety concerns. The suspension aims to ensure the safety of students and staff while maintaining educational continuity through home-based learning modules.
