In LAMPCC's 30+ year history as the pioneer of industrial psychological testing in the Philippines, we have seen the local and international job market grow and expand over the past three decades.

And we are happy to say that women have not only broken through the glass ceiling, they've shattered it!

In the 21st century, women are now some of the most influential leaders in the realm of HR and beyond. We're seeing women take on more high-ranking positions in the male-dominated worlds of engineering, science, and technology. In fact, according to the International Labour Organisation in their 2020 report, Women at Work in G20 countries: Progress and policy action since 2019, "women are playing a key role in the health care response to the pandemic. They account for the majority of health-sector workers in nearly all G20 economies, ranging from a low of 35% in Saudi Arabia to a high of 80% or more in Russia, Canada and Korea."

However, we can only arrive at a truly gender-fair future if both women AND men work on this TOGETHER: by establishing equal pay for equal work, as well as providing equal opportunities for advancement and growth in the workplace.

Our testing center is now operating on a strictly by-appointment basis only. Walk-ins will no longer be accepted.

To book your appointments for your referrals and examinees, please email us at hr@lampcc.com and testingcenter@lampcc.com at least two days before your appointment. Kindly give us the name, position, the types of tests you would like us to administer, and your desired testing date (e.g. Anthony Cruz / Sales Manager / Sales Managerial & MCPHI / Friday, June 19).

We will confirm your appointment with us within 24 hours.

To all our valued clients: please take note of our office hours on the ff. days during Holy Week:

Monday, April 15, and Tuesday, April 16: Regular testing hours (8:30 AM to 2:00 PM)

Wednesday, April 17: Half day of work (8:30 AM to 12 NN; Reports will be received next Tuesday evening, April 23)

Thursday, April 18 (Maundy Thursday), and Friday, April 19 (Good Friday): No Work

Our regular office hours (8:30 AM to 5 PM) will resume on Monday, April 22.
