PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:

Alinsunod po sa Proclamation Order No. 727 S.2024 na nagmula sa Office of the President, sarado po bukas, October 31, 2025 ang ating Out Patient Department (OPD) subalit mananatili pong bukas ang mga sumusunod upang magbigay ng mga serbisyong pangmedikal lalo na po sa mga emergency cases:

•Emergency Room (ER)
•Laboratory
•X-ray Department
•Pharmacy

OPD resumes on Nov. 3,2025. Maraming salamat po at mag ingat po ang lahat.

PABATID PO SA LAHAT!!!

Para po sa aming mga minamahal na Muñozonian, ang atin pong Ospital ng Lungsod Agham ng Muñoz Outpatient Department (OPD) ay bukas mula 8:00 am hangang 4:00 pm mula Lunes hangang Biyernes maliban kung holiday, habang ang Emergency Department (ER) naman po ay bukas 24/7.

Ang mga sumusunod po ay ang schedule ng ating OPD para sa iba't ibang karamdaman:

Lunes: Internal Medicine (Dr. Lucky Archie Dizon)
Martes: Ob Gynecology/ Perinatology (Dr. Nina Nonette Diansuy)
Miyerkules: Pediatrics (Dr. Belinda Fernandez)
Huwebes: Family Medicine (Dr. Marino De Guzman)
Biyernes: General Medicine (Dr. Marjorie Austria-Ruiz)

Ang ating pong consultation fee ay 50 pesos para sa OPD habang ang Emergency Room Fee naman po ay 200 pesos. Ang emergency fee po na ito ay para sa lahat ng pasyente na natignan/nagpakonsulta sa ER beyond OPD hours, emergency case man or OPD case.

Para sa mga mamamayan po ng Science City of Muñoz ay mayroong 10% discount. Habang ang mga Senior Citizen, PWD at Solo Parent ay may karagdagang 20% discount.

📢 Ang 𝗢𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗼𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘂ñ𝗼𝘇 ay patuloy na nag-aalok ng serbisyong medikal para sa lahat ng mamamayan. Bukas ang aming Outpatient Department (OPD) mula 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐢𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝟒:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌, maliban kung HOLIDAY.

Paalala lamang po na wala po tayong OPD o konsultasyon tuwing Sabado at Linggo ngunit bukas po ang ating ER o Emergency Room para sa mga kasong emergency, kritikal at nangangailangan ng agarang lunas.
