🩵 Endometriosis and PCOS to Pregnancy 🩵

5 years of trying to conceive ang couple na ito. 🙏 Last year, they started coming to my clinic and based on the transvaginal ultrasound, she has Endometriotic cyst on the Right o***y and Polycystic ovarian morphology on the Left o***y. We also had problem with the semen analysis since the s***m has a motility problem (Aesthenozoos***mia). 😵‍💫

Dahil sa dami ng mga concerns sa tests nila, lumiit na talaga ang chance nilang mabuntis. Nagbigay ako ng tips and things to do at hindi naman sila nawalan ng pag-asa. 🙏🩵

So mukhang nakasagap din sila ng baby dust ko nung January kaya ngayon, confirmed pregnancy na! ✨🩵

😎 Pregnant after 12 years TTC! 😎

“TOTOO BA ITO?!?”

Yan ang sinabi ni px L sa clinic nang pinagawa ko ang kanyang Pregnancy test. Hahaha 😎 First time pala niya kasi makakita ng positive pregnancy test.

First kita namin sa clinic ay November 2024. Siya pala ay may PCOS at may endometrial polyp na mukhang nakaharang sa endometrial cavity. Nagrequest ako ng mga labs at nalaman din namin na may problema din sa s***m (Teratozoos***mia) si partner. Tinanggal din namin ang kanyang Polyp last February 2025 tapos binigyan ko sila ng mga tips and things to do. Medyo naging pasaway si patient L pero buti nalang nagpositive pregnancy test. 🙏😎

And now after 4 months, confirmed pregnancy na! 🤰 Yey!

Congratulations! 🎉 And yes, totoo yung nakita mong pregnancy test mo. Haha!😂 Uulitin ko sayo, TOTOO yan. Hahaha 😎 12 years!!!!

😃 PCOS to Pregnancy 😄

This couple was trying to conceive for 2 years now. I saw them last December 2025 and she had PCOS. 👩🏼‍⚕️

I evaluated them and gave them some goals and supplements. In 3 months, she got a POSITIVE pregnancy test! 🙏💙

💝 Confirmed pregnancy 💝

Saw this couple last July 2025. They were trying to conceive for 6 months then. Nagrequest ako ng mga labs nun at nagbigay ng tips. 👩🏼‍⚕️

Naniwala naman siya sa mga sinabi ko at sinunod yung mga advice ko. After 6 months, ayun, naambunan ata ng baby dust ko! ✨🤭

Now naman confirmed na! Woohoo! 🥳

Super cute mo naman lumabas. 1.8 kg pero buti nalang hindi ka kulang sa buwan. Hindi ka naman mukhang 1.8kg lang. hahaha Dahil ba may kakambal kang 5cm na myoma? 🤭😎
Nung hindi kita pinapalabas, gusto mong lumabas. Ngayong pinapalabas na kita, ayaw mo naman! 😃 Kulit. 🤭

✌️Another PCOS to Pregnancy ✌️

One year na of trying to conceive ang couple natin for today’s post. Known PCOS si patient M. Dahil sa PCOS niya, kumapal din ang kanyan lining ng matres or endometrium. 👩🏼‍⚕️ Nagbigay ako ng gamot para ito ay ayusin at i-prepare siya para mabuntis.

Nung nagpaggawa din ako ng iba pang tests, nalaman namin na may problema din sa paggalaw ang s***m ni partner. Nalaman namin na siya ay may varicocele at siya naman ay nagpa-opera para tumaas ang chances niya makabuntis. 💪😎

Ayun, kaya ito na, nagpositive na ang pregnancy test! Natuwa naman ako na-nasunod niyo yung mga sinabi at tips ko. 😃👏

Sa mga magbabasa nitong post ko, paalala, hindi dahil may problema sa galaw, dami, or itsura ang s***m, hindi na makakabuntis. 💪💙 Hindi rin dahil may PCOS, hindi na mabubuntis.

First saw this couple last December 2025 because they were trying to conceive for 5years. She has PCOS and a 7cm Myoma! 😮

I gave them tips and things to do. When they came back, positive na ang pregnancy test! 💪🙏 And now, confirmed pregnancy!🤰

This couple has been trying to conceive for 5 years. 🙏 Nakita ko sila una last August 2025.
Si patient R ay may 5cm myoma and may PCOS. 👩🏼‍⚕️ Si partner naman ay may problema din sa semen analysis niya.

Nagbigay ako ng goals nila at biglang hindi na nagkaron si patient R last January 2026. Nagpregnancy test sila at ngayon naman ay Confirmed pregnancy na! 💟

‼️😮 Endometriosis to Pregnancy 😮‼️

This couple was trying to conceive for 6 years. She had a history of Ectopic Pregnancy and Endometriotic cyst on the right o***y. 😢

I first saw them last January 6, 2026. Super happy ako na nagpositive sila sa pregnancy test! Ang bilis diba? 🙏 ✨ Yung baby dust na kinalat ko last January 1,2026, ay apparently nakuha nila. Hahaha. 😂

Although, nag-worry kami na baka mag-ectopic pregnancy ulit, pero buti nalang, intrauterine naman na ngayon at may heart beat na! Woohoo! 🎉

Super happy ko for you, mommy A, kasi sobrang hirap mabuntis ang may Endometriotic Cyst or Endometriosis. 💪💪👏😎 Congratulations!

💝💝 Hi to baby girl, Quinn Olivia! 💝💝

Ang tagal nag labor ni mommy C para sayo baby Quinn. Halos 20 hours! 💪🙏 Talagang hangang 5cm lang umabot ang cervical dilatation kahit sakit na sakit na si mommy C sa contractions niya.

Around 3-4years nagtry sina daddy M and mommy C dahil sa PCOS at buti naman ngayon ay meron na silang bundle of joy. 🤩

🧡🧡 Hey to baby boy, Gabriel Isaiah! 🧡 🧡

8 years nagtry to conceive si mommy A. 🙏 Sa akin siya finally nakabuo. Siya rin ang unang pregnant patient ko sa bagong clinic. 👩🏼‍⚕️ Super loyalista siya at talagang kahit taga Pasig siya ay pinupuntahan niya ako. 🧡

Hindi ko naman alam bakit itong baby na ito ay nagmamadali lumabas. 😄 36 5/7 weeks palang eh nag-open na ng 3cm ang cervix ni mommy A. Yun nga lang, hindi pala talaga siya kasya at meron siyang 1 cord coil.

Congratulations to the new parents! 👏😎 Plus one na ng 2026. Ang galing ni daddy mag-cut ng cord! May presence of mind. Naks! 😎
