Last weekend, February 8, 2026, Reservists from 1st Davao de Oro Ready Reserve Field Artillery Battery (RRFAB) undergo rifle qualification training at Headquarters Charlie Company 60IB, 10ID, PA range Laak, Davao de Oro.

Rifle qualification is conducted to prepare and train reservists to be ready for combat situations. Reservists will engage target from different positions; prone, kneeling, and standing.

They are also given orientation on squad automatic weapons system.

Had the opportunity to host the Reserve Force Development and Mobilization consultative conference on February 7, 2025 attended by the Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retiree Affairs, 10th Infantry (Agila) Division Philippine Army Colonel Romeo N Bautista III, INF (GSC) PA , Operations Officer, 1001st Infantry Brigade, PA, Executive Officers of 25IB, PA, 534th Engineer Construction Battalion, 52nd EBDE, PA and 1103rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion PA.

The conference focused on peace thru strength, the rapid expansion of reserve force in the 10ID, PA Area of Operations guided by the newly approved table of organization for the reserve force and the identification of mobilization Centers and Training Maneuver areas in the province of Davao de Oro.
