Hi, Iโm Cheche. ๐ป
A teacher, a life coach, and a nutritionist-dietitian.
But at the core, Iโm just like you, someone who gets stressed, overwhelmed, and stretched in so many directions.
As teachers, we juggle lessons, deadlines, administrative tasks, student needs, and our personal lives.
As students, you balance academics, expectations, and the constant pressure to keep up.
And sometimes, it feels like no matter how hard we try, itโs never enough.
I know that feeling well. Iโve felt the exhaustion.
There were days I wanted to give up.
But hereโs what I discovered in that painful season:
Resilience isnโt about pretending to be strong all the time.
Itโs not about pushing through with a smile when youโre breaking inside.
True resilience is gentler โ itโs giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, lean on support, and rise again, even slowly.
I realized that if I, as a teacher and coach, was struggling this much, how many others were silently carrying the same weight?
Thatโs why I created this space.
Here, weโll talk about:
๐ปPractical tools to manage stress
๐ป Ways to build resilience in everyday life
๐ป Time management with compassion, not pressure
๐ป The art of self-care and self-love (even when life is messy)
Because the truth is: stress will always be part of life.
But with the right tools, support, and mindset, we can learn not just to surviveโฆ but to rise and thrive.
๐ If youโve ever felt overwhelmed, burned out, or simply exhausted, know this: you are not alone. This page is for you.
๐ Follow along and join our program where together, weโll learn how to RISE UP with strength, compassion, and resilience that lasts.
Letโs walk this journey side by side.
Letโs rise up, not just as teachers and students, but as people who deserve to live healthier, stronger, and more meaningful lives.
