l. PATIENTS COMING IN FOR LABORATORY TESTS, ECG and X-RAY:
> Appointment NOT necessary;
> Should present a Doctor’s request;
> Lab results may be claimed until 5pm the same day except for special tests;
> ECG & Xray official readings available the next working day.
ll. PATIENTS FOR CARDIAC ANCILLARY PROCEDURES (2D Echo, Stress test/Treadmill, Vascular and Ultrasound procedures):
> Appointment is A MUST!
> Should present a Doctor’s request;
> Send message or call this mobile number: (0946) 137 0437- exclusively for the cardiac ancillary procedures only.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
> Doctor’s request for your procedure is required;
> Bring only one (1) accompanying person, if physically not able;
> USE OF FACE MASK 😷 IS STILL RECOMMENDED!
HMO GUIDELINES FOR SERVICES: (laboratory, xray and non-invasive cardiac procedures)
> Receiving of request assistance from 7am to 3pm only.
> Request must be signed by an accredited BCDC physician.
> Request should include complete diagnosis.
> Schedule of procedure will be given upon approval of the request.

lll. PATIENTS COMING IN FOR MEDICAL CHECK-UP:
> Appointment with attending physician is RECOMMENDED by calling the Clinic Secretary;
> Only the Clinic Secretary can give confirmation for the appointment;
> Should pass thru the information (white tent) for further instructions.
The BCDC MANAGEMENT still strongly recommends the use of face masks while inside our facility.
Let us be more vigilant to prevent infection.
