Strengthening Partnerships for Community Health 💙

The Family Planning Organization of the Philippines – Camarines Sur Chapter successfully conducted a Capacity Building on Family Planning, HIV, and STI Awareness in partnership with the Peñafrancia Kalasag Lady Eagles Club on March 7, 2026 at D2 Nagaland Building, Barlin St., Sta. Cruz, Naga City.

The session was facilitated by Lloyd B. Delos Angeles, RM, RN, who shared important information on HIV and AIDS awareness, prevention, and the services provided by FPOP, particularly during community outreach and medical missions. The discussion aimed to equip participants with accurate knowledge that can help promote responsible family planning, HIV and STI prevention, and community health awareness.

Through activities like this, FPOP continues to strengthen partnerships with community organizations and volunteers, empowering them to become advocates of reproductive health education and HIV prevention in their respective communities.

We thank the Peñafrancia Kalasag Lady Eagles Club for their collaboration and commitment to advancing health awareness and community service.

𝑯𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏’𝒔 𝑫𝒂𝒚!!

Ang International Women's Day, na ipinagdiriwang taun-taon sa ika-8 ng Marso, ay isang araw upang ipakita ang pagpapahalaga at pasasalamat sa mga kababaihan sa buong mundo, na kinikilala ang kanilang lakas, katapangan, at mahahalagang kontribusyon sa pagpapahusay ng mundo.

Simula sa buwang ito, pinarangalan natin ang katatagan, sakripisyo, at katapangan ng kababaihan sa pagharap sa diskriminasyon, na kinikilala ang kanilang lakas at tiyaga sa patuloy na pakikipaglaban para sa pagkakapantay-pantay at katarungan.

Ang mga kababaihan ay gumaganap ng mahahalagang tungkulin sa mga pamilya, komunidad, at lipunan, ngunit marami ang patuloy na nakikipagpunyagi para sa mga pangunahing karapatan na dapat ay sa kanila na sa mahabang panahon.

Habang papalapit ang Marso 8, hinahangad namin ang isang mundo kung saan ang mga karapatan ng kababaihan ay ganap na naisasakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng pang-araw-araw na pagkilos, na tinitiyak ang dignidad, kaligtasan, pagkakapantay-pantay, at pagkakataon para sa lahat.

Nakikita namin kayo. Pinahahalagahan namin kayo.
