Even if you buy food outside, you can still choose low-carb options.
Like today for lunch — cauli rice with sliced almonds, grilled chicken breast, mushroom veggies, egg frittata, and for sides I picked egg and creamy cucumber.
Finished it off with chia seeds and almond flakes with coconut ranch.

You always have a choice to eat better, kahit on-the-go. 🥗💚
