BMC- KYTHE Child Life Program BMC-KYTHE Child Life Program provides psychosocial support to pediatric patients particularly those afflicted with cancer. Kythe means to manifest oneself.

Kythe is a scottish word that means "Healing through Simple Sharing and Togetherness" It embodies our mission. We want to promote healing and care among children with cancer and other chronic illness and their families. The objective of the Kythe Child Life Program is to provide psycho-social support that alleviates the anxiety of pediatric patients who suffer from illness such as cancer, heart condition, kidney disease, and blood disorders. The Kythe Child Life Program specializes in:

-promoting optimum growth
-fostering development
-helping the children cope with the challenge of hospitalization.
