Don’t Panic — Act Fast! The Heimlich Maneuver Saves Lives🫁

Choking can happen anytime — during a meal, at home, or even in public.
Knowing the Heimlich Maneuver can make YOU the hero in that critical moment. 💪

💡 Here’s what to do:
✅ For Adults & Children (Conscious Victims):
– Stand behind the person
– Wrap your arms around their waist
– Make a fist and place it just above the navel
– Grasp your fist with your other hand and give quick, inward & upward thrusts
– Continue until the object is expelled or the person can breathe again

✅ If the person becomes unresponsive:
– Start CPR and check the mouth for any visible object
