As Typhoon Tino continues to affect parts of Cebu, we remind everyone to stay alert and prioritize safety at all times.

✅ Safety Reminders:

Stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel.

Keep your phones and power banks fully charged for emergency communication.

Prepare your emergency essentials — water, food, flashlight, first aid, and important documents.

Monitor updates from official sources such as PAGASA, LGU, and your Barangay Disaster Team.

For iShine Clients:
Please keep in touch with your Case Manager for any updates, assistance, or urgent concerns during the typhoon. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and ready to provide support as needed.

🌧️ ADVISORY: EARLY REFILL DUE TO TYPHOON ALERT 🌧️

To all iShine Center clients, please be advised to refill your treatment early in preparation for the incoming typhoon. This is to ensure continuous medication and uninterrupted treatment in case of heavy rains, flooding, or power interruptions that may affect clinic operations.

💊 Why refill early?
✔️ To avoid missed doses during bad weather
✔️ To ensure safety and convenience while roads are still accessible
✔️ To stay protected and healthy even during emergencies

For coordination or assistance, please contact your assigned Case Manager as soon as possible.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: Nagpahigayon og Facility-Based Screening (FBS) Training for Barangay HIV Focal Persons karong adlawa nga gipahigayon sa Good Governance Hall, City Hall of Naga.

Ang FBS Training gipasiugdahan sa City of Naga iSHINE Center in partnership sa DOH VII ug Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines.

Gawas sa FBS Training nagpahigayon usab og HIV Counseling and Testing (HCT) sa mga participants nga gilangkoban sa mga Barangay HIV Focal Persons ug mga LGBTQ+ community representatives.

Para sa paspas, libre, ug confidential nga HIV/AIDS testing ug para makahibawo pa bahin sa City of Naga HIV Response Program, mahimong mobisita sa City of Naga Integrated Sexual Health Information and Nurturing Endeavors (iSHINE) Clinic sa Vicente Mendiola Center for Health (VMCH).

Knowledge is Power, Awareness Saves Lives!

iSHINE joined hands with the SK Council of Brgy. Langtad, City of Naga, led by SK Chairman Hon. Alyanna Jade Alano, to conduct an HIV and Teenage Pregnancy Awareness Activity with the theme “Know the Facts, End the Stigma.”

The session kicked off with a fun and meaningful awareness talk, followed by an exciting Quiz Bee where participants proudly showed what they learned!

Together, we continue to spread facts, break the stigma, and empower the youth towards a healthier, more informed community.
